　　1. Responsibilities 工作职责

　　- Giving proper lessons to the students.

　　对学生授课

　　-Lessons preparation, assessment etc.

　　备课、考核等

　　-Attend the regular meetings, activities of Foreign Language School.

　　参与外语学院相关会议与活动

　　2. Qualifications 素质要求

　　-Bachelor degree or above.

　　本科及以上学历

　　- Fluent in English.

　　英语表达地道、流畅

　　-Excellent communications kill.

　　较强的沟通能力

　　3. Position Requirements 岗位要求

　　1)Native English speaker， American，British，Canadian, New Zealand, Australian preferred.

　　英语为母语的外籍教师(英国、美国、加拿大、新西兰、澳大利亚本土人士优先考虑)。

　　2) Has at least 2 years of college teaching experience and preferably TEFL/TESOL certificates; enjoy teaching，good communication， organization and management skills.

　　有至少2年大学教学经验，有TEFL/TESOL证书者优先;热爱教学，语言表达能力强，有组织能力能够调动学员的积极性，善于与学员沟通者优先。

　　3) strong personal charisma, sense of humor, knowledge widely;， be responsible for and be patient with students， be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.

　　具有独特的个人魅力，幽默感，对待教学持有耐心、认真的工作态度; 具体团队合作精神。
